We are having our annual break now so that we may remain open during the busy Christmas/New Year season.
During this period, although orders are still accepted, they are sent out once every 2 weeks. Phone messages are not checked during this time but emails are checked intermittently and will be responded to accordingly. Should the timing be unsuitable, please send us an email with your Invoice Number and a full refund will be processed upon our return. We will process your refund via Paypal or if you wish to have your refund direct debited into your bank account, please supply your bank details to our email address enquiries@epicglobal.com.au.
If you wish to proceed with your order, our skeleton crew will endeavour to have it sent at the earliest possible time but please note again that orders are sent out once every 2 weeks. A free gift will accompany your order.
